“You could say I went on a weight loss spree, but this was with a definite goal in mind and kudos to a superhuman effort, I did manage to lose some 30 kgs over a span of 5 years. However, I ended up gaining a considerable amount of it again. This whole experience taught me what not to do, for instance, there was a time where I would go sleepless and consume books composed by experts and scrolled through podcasts, eventually I realized that mankind is divided in two. One group actually concerns themselves with physical fitness and health, while the others don’t.”
